Bucks County Community College's current exhibition in the Gallery at Lower Bucks is "Private Universe" from April 4 to May 22. The next exhibition at the college will be in the Fall.
The "Spring" art exhibition at the BCHF will be hung in the fourth week of April. Registration info is due to Marty Shively by April 14, artwork drop-off day is April 22. Details were sent out in the meeting minutes.
Members of AOB can have a solo exhibition at the library once every two years. Each show runs for approximately two months. Contact Angela Panone if you would like to participate.
There is currently an exhibition in progress. Look for the next opportunity to be announced in June at the AOB meeting and in member emails.
*New Hope Arts invites artists to submit work for Elemental: Works in Paper & Clay, a juried exhibition celebrating the expressive power and tactile beauty of two of the world’s most elemental materials. The deadline for entries has been extended to June 8th. Please see the online prospectus.
*MFA Gallery in Frenchtown, NJ, invites artists to apply to their next Group Show, “Create That Tune”, which will run from Aug 14th – Sept. 28th. You can find the prospectus on their website under "upcoming shows".
*Burlington County Parks is looking for fiber artists with proposals to yarn bomb Historic Smithfield Park for their Art After Dark event in September. To submit a proposal or to get on the mailing list for more information, fill out their Yarn Storm interest form online.
*Tinicum Arts Festival in Erwinna welcomes artists to submit work to the Art Barn. No pre-registration necessary, just show up on one of the receiving days, July 7 & 8, with your completed paperwork and up to four pieces of ready-to-hang art.
