Important Dates:

Register: Label Information: MUST be submitted to Marty at martyisart@aol.com

No Later than Friday, April 20th ..

Drop off artwork: Wednesday, April 24th. 4-6P.M.

Hanging: Thursday, April 25th. 10 A.M. until completed.

RECEPTION: Friday, MAY 3rd. from 6-8 P.M.

Pick up artwork: Friday, May 10th. from 4-6 P.M. 

Conditions of Agreement: (Pleaser copy and print or be prepared to sign at crop off)

SIZE Limitation: Not to exceed 16” x 20” There is no Minimum Price  Artwork submitted must be available for the duration of the exhibit & not removed before MAY 10 TH  Each artist may enter TWO pieces of original 2-D artwork only. (No digital reproductions, please.) All artwork must be ready for display.  All work MUST be properly framed, mounted & wired for hanging. Use wire only; NO ‘saw tooth’ hangers or plastic box frames will be accepted. Wrapped canvas is permitted provided the edges are painted or finished. All works on paper must be framed under glass or Plexiglas. Entering work in this exhibit implies an agreement by the artist with all conditions set forth in this prospectus. We request that artists who wish to participate will respect the public location of the exhibit. The Artists of Bristol on the Delaware and the Bristol Cultural & Historical Foundation reserve the right not to accept and display artwork that may be offensive, physically harmful to viewers - or - especially fragile. I know, understand and accept that the artwork listed on this form will not be insured for loss or damage while on exhibit in this location, and that my participation is voluntary. The Bristol Cultural & Historical Foundation and Artists of Bristol shall be held harmless for damage to personal property or personal injury which may result from my participation in this event.

                        At Last A Gallery in Bristol Borough…

The time has come!

Opening Day is April 19th, A reception will follow stay tuned for time and details.  Please join us at 216 Mill St. Rear entrance which is on the side of the parking lot.

 Contracts for renters and teachers are attached. Please download contract(s) & read them over. Please submit a few examples of your work and email the files to bristolartgaleria@gmail.com. Once accepted bring your work and signed contract to the gallery; by appointment only. We need artists now to fill our walls! We hope to see you there!

*The Mignoni Jewelry Store is offering the space in front of their store to any artist or artists who are interested in selling their work at the Bristol Sunday Strolls.  You would be responsible for supplying your own table & chairs.  The dates of the Sunday Strolls are as follows:

4/21, 5/19, 6/9, 9/15, 10/20, & 11/17.

*  GRUNDY LIBRARY  individual artist shows (ongoing). The artist's work will sta y up for approximately 2 months. Approximately 13 pieces can be displayed throughout the library.  The coordinator for the Grundy Library Individual show is Deborah Eater (debeater@hotmail.com); she is the liaison between the Artists of Bristol members who wish to show their art (there is no fee) and Kevin Taylor from the Grundy Library. Please contact Deborah with any questions or concerns.
