Expenses include RMS’ time and materials. (She will be issued a Form 1099 in 2018.) AOB is an approved Cohort 8 vendor. It was discussed that members will be able to join “On-Line” now - with a Credit Card or PayPal account – the $20 membership fee will be entered as a Donation since we are a Non-Profit Organization.  Discussed was selling through website – seems most people don’t want to.  Concerns were the liability on AOB – rather sell through the artist.  Must clarify the purpose of website especially sales.   Artists on Board discussed artists not want prices on the website.

Small Business Revolution – Marty was congratulated for her entering an application for SBR to help AOB.

Gene mentioned there were about 20 finalists being interviewed, picking one business from different categories, (restaurants, etc.)  Have to have strategic planning for grants, a base home, rental.  Board needs to discuss where AOB is going in next years.  Interest survey, classes, permanent gallery, and meetings.  Definitely artists still interested in CFA for exhibiting art – have 4 people for 2-3 months.

Meeting moved to CFA for reception of the “Celebrating Bristol Exhibit”.
